Skip around 500 carbohydrate's per day and lose weight fast
In general a person needs around 2100 carbohydrate per day. The amount spending just to be alive depends on sex, age and weight. To loose weight over time you need to eat less then what you need. To lose weight fast you need to get less then 75% of your need. Wich means that you will only supply for around 1500 carbohydrate's per day.To eat so little will make you hungry almost the whole time. There is hard to get around the hunger feelings when losing weight fast. If it was easy everyone would do it, right?
Skip breakfast or maybe even dinner to lose weight fast
If you are sloppy with your food and may think that you can skip breakfast just to get less carbohydrate and in the end lose weight fast, think again! There is no way you can skip food in order to lose weight in a consistent and long time manner. Remember that it was probably not respecting food that put you in this position in the first place!What you need to do is to eat consistent over the day around every 3 hours. If you still feel hungry drink water (not cola, fanta or any other such product). Water stops hunger for a while. A personal note: When I am in bed at night ready to sleep and my stomach complains and I am so hungry it's hard to sleep, go up and eat a carrot or drink a big glas of water. It helps!

- Excercise, it can be easy or fast paced walking for around 30 minutes
- Sleep, take care of your body. If you don't rest you will catch a cold
