Best way to lose weight - Excersice!

So you want to know which is the best way to lose weight?

Body is like your bank account. You put in money and spend money. The difference in those actions is your balance. The same is with your body except you want the opposite, take out much and save little.

Many instructors and people understanding training claims running, cycling or swimming as the best method. I do agree to all those experts. But I also know that sometime it's hard to follow that kind of training methods. Why I know it? I have done them all and the only one that works it that one you can do for a long period not to say the whole of your life. The best way to lose weight is the one you don't get tired of.

Sport activities can be the best way to lose weight

This is an idea I have that if you like doing it you will keep doing it. Some activities are more effective then others but in the long run that doesn't matter since you will keep doing it for long. I am lucky enough to like Squash and that requires little time and not so much money. My daughter likes hockey which was not so lucky for me financially in the beginning. Hockey is a great sport but it will eat a lot from your wallet as well as from your body. I don't say to you that you should prefer some sport over something else. Just do it (hmm famous slogan but true).

Training activities can be the best way to lose weight

I have been running, cycling, swimming and done many other ways of training. But I have got fond of walking. Walking, this silly and simple way of training is something almost everyone can do. Okey so you are a real fatso? Don't worry you can start with short walks for around 20 minutes everyday. When done you should say to  yourself "I am the best". If you are a slim person don't be lazy, make a fast paced walk for around 1 hour or more. You will see it isn't that easy as you thought. Walking is for almost everyone who want the best way to lose weight. But if you prefer some other training method use what ever that is, the purpose is to do something and that is always better than nothing.
